We are currently only shipping to the USA, it's territories and Canada. We are sorry, but we no longer ship Internationally.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class Mail or optional Priority Shipping. 

We ship daily Monday through Saturday at 11AM Mountain Standard Time. Your order is usually shipped the same day or next day unless we email you otherwise. 

Our shipping price below is the cost of shipping, packaging and handling:
First Class Mail is $2.95 and normally takes 3-7 business days.
Priority Mail is $6.95 and normally takes 3-4 business days. 

Please note if you are returning a product that you had qualified for free shipping, we will refund your cost less a $2.95 shipping charge. 

U.S. First Class Mail to Canada is based on the total weight of your order starting at $3.95. Orders to Canada have been taking 15 to 25 business days to arrive in Canada because of customs and availability of vehicle to transport mail. That is the official word from the Post Office anyways.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We will replace or give you a refund less shipping charges within 30 days from the receipt of your purchase if the product is in its original condition.

Please note if you are returning a product that you had qualified for free shipping, we will refund your cost less a $2.95 shipping charge. 

If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase, please return the product for a full refund or replacement. If your product has not been opened, you can return it at anytime for a refund or exchange less shipping charges.
